Our old review website has been replaced and all the reviews can now be found on the actual park locations.  It is easy to find a review, all you need to do is navigate your way to the area of your choice where you would like to find reviews.  Then click on the green reviews icon on the right side of the lodge or holiday park box.  Once you click on this it will take you directly to the review section of the page.

Below (Image - The New Reviews) you can see what the reviews now look like when they are displayed on the holiday park or lodge park page. Each page has its own review section and you can easily write your own review or read other peoples reviews. To add a review just click on the red Write a Review button on the park page where you want to add a review.  This will take you to a dedicated page where you can add in your details, some information about the holiday or short break you took and upload any images (optional) of the holiday or lodge park.

Once you have added your review then admin will need to approve it before it goes live.  We appreciate all reviews being added to the website as it helps other people to find their perfect holiday, break or weekend away.  If you want to see an example of one of the reviews live then just click on the green icon to the right of this text.

This is how the review page element looks and you can leave a five star rating along with ratings for the quality of the accommodation, services, facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.  Check out the page below.

Adding a review to the website is very simple and there are just four simple steps of the review process (and one of these is optional).

Step 1 - Navigating to the Review Page

Firstly you need to find the park where you have been away on holiday and then scroll down to the review section on this page. Once there you will notice the red button with 'Write a Review - Click Here'.  Click on this button and it will open the page where you can add the review for that specific holiday park or lodge park location.

Step 2 - Adding the First Part of the Review

This is the first phase of adding your review and there are a few details you will need to enter. Firstly you need to add your forename and surname. Secondly you use the five star rating scale to choose how you would rate the park.  Next add a simple review title, as an example this could be 'A Lovely Holiday Park with Great Accommodation', 'Superb Faciliites But Accommodation Was Poor', 'Would Recommend Staying Here to Anyone', you get the idea it simply needs to be descriptive. Then add your main review of the park, try to be descriptive of things that were good about the park or any problems you may of had, you need to add a minimum of 200 characters and no html code (we speak) is allowed.

Once you have done this you now select what type of trip you had and there are four options.  The options are a Couples Holiday, Family Holiday, Holiday with Friends or a Solo Holiday.  Next select from the drop down when you went on holiday and select a sub rating for the 'Services Available, Value for Money, Quality of Sleep, Accommodation Cleanliness, Location and Facilities'.

Step 3 - Optional Review Elements

This part of adding a review is optional and you can skip this and head to the submission section if you would like.  There are two optional elements.  The first is to add any notes that other people might find helpful when they are on the park.  This can be any sorts of advice or tips specific to that park and things like, you need to phone reception if you are arriving late, or, need to book the restaurant early as it gets very busy (you get the idea).

The second part is to upload any photos you might have of the holiday or lodge park, facilities, location etc.  You can upload any number of photos you like and these will be displayed underneath your review.  As the saying goes 'A picture paints a thousand words' so if you do have some photos you can upload then it would be great if you could.

Step 4 - Submitting the Review

All that is left now is for you to submit your review and this is simply a tick box to certify your review is a real reivew and not fake and you are not working for the holiday park you are submitting the reivew for.  Once you have clicked this box then just click the 'Submit Your Review' button and you are done.  Admin will then check the review and add it to live and to help others find out more about the holiday park or lodge park.

So you can start adding reviews now, just find the holiday park/parks you have been to and add your review.  Adding a review only takes a matter of minutes and you really could help others.
