What You Need to Do
It is as simple as a,b,c! This is what you need to do to be in the lottery draw:-
1.. Book your holiday through our website either online or by telephone booking.
2..Email your Full Name, Booking Date and Booking Reference Number to
lottery@holidayparkhols.co.uk.
3.. Follow Us on Facebook
to get provisional total fund updates, spot draw announcements and much more.
4.. Wait for the Quarterly LIVE Draw Announcement Date and Time.
5.. Spread the Word! Facebook, twitter, google+, friends and
family. The more people that enter the bigger the winning fund.
How Does it Work?
If you book a holiday, short break or long weekend through our website you get one entry into the lottery
(the more you book the more entries you get).
For every booking taken on the website we will add money into the lottery fund. At the end of each quarter a booking
reference is drawn at random and the winner wins the total in the fund.

Month 1 - Website Has 500 Bookings - Total All Sales Value/Lottery Pot % - Lottery Fund £875
Month 2 - Website Has 450 Bookings - Total All Sales Value/Lottery Pot % - Lottery Fund £619
Month 3 - Website Has 375 Bookings - Total All Sales Value/Lottery Pot % - Lottery Fund £609

NB/ These are example figures and this could be higher or lower depending upon the time of the year and the number of bookings taken.
Some Other Stuff
This is some further information regarding the
draw and entries into the holiday booking lottery draw. The lottery draw shall
take place quarterly and will be drawn one month after the final day of the
quarter to allow time to gather the entries ready for the draw. The draw
is completely at random and all entrants will be notified of the date and time
of the draw. The winning entrant gives Holidayparkhols permission to
display the winning amount on the website but can remain anonymous if they
request. Holidayparkhols reserves the right to remove anyone from the draw
that cancels their booking or does not provide a booking reference number that
we find within our system.
The lottery is open to residents of any country as long as they are booking a holiday through our website.
Payment to the lottery winner will be made within one month of the draw and the
winner will be notified by email. Payment will be made by bank transfer
and please note if you are outside the UK only bank transfer payment can be made.
We will email the winner (or telephone if a number has been specified) and if after fourteen days the lottery fund for that quarter has not been claimed then the money will roll over to the next quarter. All decisions made by Holidayparkhols are final and cannot be disputed.
